John Squire is a member of 90s band Stone Roses, as well as playing in this band he created a lot of art work – most of which became album covers for the band. He takes deep inspiration from Jackson Pollock as well as creating his own style.
Although I don’t consider fine art/painting to be my strongest medium, for me Squire is an important artist of this time.
